<br />V. <br /> <br />Section 66.242 of the Village Code is hereby <br /> <br />amended by amending paragraph (8) of said section to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />(8) Insurance. Before any required permit <br /> <br />is issued, the licensee applying therefor shall file <br /> <br />with the Village Manager a certificate of insurance <br /> <br />covering the licensee for the period covered by the <br /> <br />license in the following minimum amounts: Property <br /> <br />damage, $10,000: public liability, $25,000 each <br /> <br />person, $50,000 each accident. The certificate <br /> <br />shall state that the policies covering the licensee <br /> <br />shall not be cancelled without 10 days' written <br /> <br />notice to the Village. <br /> <br />VI. <br />Section 66.242 of the Village Code is hereby <br /> <br />amended by amending paragraph (10) to read as follows: <br /> <br />(10) Fees. The annual license fee shall be <br /> <br /> <br />$25.00. Licenses shall be issued by the Village Clerk and <br /> <br /> <br />shall expire on the 30th day of June of the year in which <br /> <br />issued. Licenses allowed to expire may be reinstated on <br /> <br />or before August 1st on payment of the annual $25.00 fee, <br />
