<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 89 TO THE VILLAGE CODE, <br /> <br />PERTAINING TO REGULATING THE USE OF PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS, <br /> <br />AND ESTABLISHING CERTAIN PROHIBITED CONDUCT THEREIN. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding Chapter 89 thereto, to read as follows: <br /> <br />USE OF PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS <br /> <br />89.010. Definitions. The word "park" when used in <br /> <br />this Chapter means any municipal owned or operated public <br /> <br />park, playground or golf course. <br /> <br />89.020. Use of Motor or Snow Vehicles. <br /> <br />(I) No <br /> <br />person shall drive or operate a motor vehicle in any park <br /> <br />except on roads or designated parking areas or such other <br /> <br />areas as the Park Director shall designate and no person <br /> <br />shall operate a motor vehicle within a park at a speed in <br /> <br />excess of 15 miles per hour. Snow vehicles may be operated <br /> <br />in designated areas only. Snow vehicles are prohibited at <br /> <br />all times from operating on the jRoseville Golf Course. <br /> <br />(2) No person shall park any motor vehicle in any park <br /> <br />except in designated parking areas. <br />
