<br />89.030. Certain Conduct or Activity Prohibited. The <br /> <br />following conduct or activity is prohibited in all parks: <br /> <br />(1) No fires shall be lighted or made except in <br /> <br />places provided for such purposes. <br /> <br />(2) No person shall discharge any firearms or airguns. <br /> <br />No person shall discharge or display any fireworks, unless a <br /> <br />permit is obtained from the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />(3) The use of bows and arrows in parks and play- <br /> <br />grounds is prohibited except in areas designated for that <br /> <br />purpose. <br /> <br />(4) No person shall scatter about or litter the <br /> <br />grounds with any form of waste material. <br /> <br />(5) No person shall throw stones or rubbish of any <br /> <br />kind in any lake, pond or water course, nor bathe, swim or <br /> <br />wade except in designated areas. <br /> <br />(6) No person shall affix or inscribe any handbill <br /> <br />or poster on any structure or property in any park or any <br /> <br />place, square or highway contiguous to any park. <br /> <br />(7) No person shall possess, display, consume <br /> <br />or use intoxiacting liquors. No person shall possess, display, <br /> <br />consume or use non-intoxicating malt liquors except in desig- <br /> <br />nated picnic areas. <br />
