<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />",-:; 7 <br />ORDINANCE NO. .,Iv' <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 10.275 and 10.290 <br /> <br />OF THE VILLAGE CODE~ PERTAINING TO PROHIBITION OF OPEN <br /> <br />STORAGE IN LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ("I-I") DISTRICTS AND ADDING <br /> <br />SECTION 10.330 TO THE VILLAGE CODE PERTAINING TO ALLOWING <br /> <br />OF CERTAIN OPEN STORAGE IN GENERAL INDUSTRIAL (II-2") <br /> <br />DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 10.275 of the Village Code of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />10.275. Open Storaqe Prohibited in Liqht Indus- <br /> <br />trial Districts. All open storage is prohibited in light <br /> <br />industrial districts. All storage shall be maintained within <br /> <br />a closed building or structure. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 10.290 of the Village Code of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville is hereby amended by amending Paragraph (4) <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />(4) Storage, enclosed, of the following: Coal <br /> <br />and gas; junk and salvage; refrigerator plants;scrap metal; <br /> <br />paper and rags. <br />
