<br />III. <br /> <br />Section 10.290 of the Village Code of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville is hereby amended by repealing Paragraph (7) <br /> <br />of said section in its entirety. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Chapter 10 of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended by adding Section 10.330 to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />10.330. Storaqe in General Industrial Districts. <br /> <br />(1) The following storage shall be conducted wholly <br /> <br />within an enclosed structure: <br /> <br />(a) Inoperative equipment, with "inoperative" <br />being interpreted to mean a state of malfunction, physical <br />deterioration, or some other physical condition rendering the <br />equipment incapable of being properly utilized for its intended <br />purpose and in need of repairs, disposal or replacement. <br /> <br />(b) <br />being interpreted <br />or other physical <br />of movement under <br />those involved in <br />of body repair or <br /> <br />Inoperative vehicles, with "inoperative" <br />to mean a state of malfunction, deterioration, <br />condition rendering the vehicle incapable, <br />its own power. Such vehicles would include <br />accidents, awaiting engine repairs, in need <br />painting and smilar conditions. <br /> <br />(2) The following storage shall be conducted wholly <br />within an area enclosed by a solid opaque wall or fence no less <br />than eight (81)feet in height: and only in a general industrial <br />district: <br /> <br />(a) Building materials and lumber sales: <br />(b) Areas used for rental yards: <br />(c) Farm machinery sales, feed sales, and bulk <br />firewood sales: <br />(d) Dirt, sand, gravel and rock sales: <br />(e) Heavy equipment sales. <br />
