OlO, l6. 020, l6. 030 and l6. 040, BY RECLASSIFICATION <br />OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE (R-l) <br />TO LIMITED BUSINESS (B-l). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, <br /> <br />l6.030 and l6. 040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />the property owners filed an application with the Village Manager <br /> <br />in the form of a written request to rezone from single family residence <br /> <br />(R-l) to limited business district (B-l) certain real property herein- <br /> <br />after described, lying and being in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey <br /> <br />County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commis sian; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village <br /> <br />Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 8th day of May, 1967, <br /> <br />which public hearing was held in the Village Hall at its regular <br /> <br />Council meeting, <br />
