<br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND <br /> <br />THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections l6,OlO, 16.020 and l6.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code <br /> <br />and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />Except East 893 feet; the South 300 feet of <br />the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Southwest <br />Quarter (frW 1/4) of Section three (3), Township <br />Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23); and <br /> <br />North 135 feet of South 300 feet of West lOO <br />feet of East 893 feet of Northeast Quarter <br />(NE 1/4) of Southwest Quarter (SW l/4) of <br />Section Three (3), Township Twenty-nine (29) I <br />Range Twenty-three (23), <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, rezoned from "R-l" to "B-l", and that the Zoning <br /> <br />Maps be amended so that said property is classified and zoned as <br /> <br />"B-l" . <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Ro seville, M inne sota , <br /> <br />-- <br />this /S day of May I 1967. <br /> <br />~~~~y DH Q~X- <br /> <br />Emil F.
