<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~,' <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE1 <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br />SECTIONS l6.0l0, l6.020, l6.030 and l6.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION <br />OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE (R-l) <br />TO TOWN HOUSE (R-6). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections l6.0l0, l6.020, l6.030 <br /> <br />and l6. 040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the Village Manager in the form of <br /> <br />a written request to rezone from single family residence (R-l) to Town <br /> <br />House (R-6) certain real property hereinafter described, lying and <br /> <br />being in the Village of Roseville, Ram sey County, Minne sota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 14th day of August, 1967, which <br /> <br />public hearing was held in the Village Hall at its regular Council <br /> <br />meeting; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE <br /> <br />ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br />
