The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, doe s hereby ordain: 1. That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections l6. OlD, 16.020, l6. 030 and l6. 040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: All that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW l/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section l, Township 29, Range 231 described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 1, distance 920 feet East of the Southwesterly corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section l, thence Northerly parallel to the West line of said Section l, a distance of 456.6 feet, thence Northwesterly by a deflection angle of 230 121 l5" to the left a distance of 76.14 feet to a point 526.6 feet Northerly of the South line of said Section l, thence Westerly parallel to the South line of said Section l, a distance of 890 feet to a point on the West line of said Section l, thence Northerly along the West line of said Section l, a distance cf764.90 feet, more or less to the North line of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section l, thence Easterly along the Northerly line of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section l, a distance of l272. 80 feet more or less to a point 30 feet West of the East line of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 1, thence Southerly parallel to the East line of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 1, being the Northerly line of Western Hills No.3 as platted and recorded, a distance of 503 feet, thence East at right angles a distance of 30 feet to a point on the centerline of Mackubin Street, thence Southerly being at right angles to afore said line to the tangent of the following said curve, along a curve with a radius of 130 feet and A = 680 22' to -2-
