')~') <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 145 OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE TO BRING CATS WITHIN <br />CERTAIN OF ITS REGULATORY PROVISIONS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending Sections 145.010, 145.070, 145.080, <br /> <br />145.090, 145.110, 145.130, 145.140, 145.150, and 145.180 <br /> <br />of said Village Code to read as follows: <br /> <br />145.010 Definitions. As used in this Chapter <br />"owner" means any person keeping a dogcr cat. "At large" <br />means off the premises of the owner and not under the <br />control of the owner, a member of his immediate family, <br />or a person designated by the owner, by leash or otherwise. <br /> <br />145.070 Notice of Impoundinq. Upon taking up and <br />impounding any dog or cat, the poundmaster shall immediately <br />post at a conspicuous place at the Village Hall a notice of <br />impounding in substantially the following form: <br /> <br />Notice of Impoundinq Doq or Cat <br /> <br />Date ......... 19.... <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br />I have this day taken up and impounded in the <br />pound of the Village at ....... St. a dog (cat) answering <br />to the following description: Sex..........Color......... <br />Breed............Approximate Age.......... Name of Owner <br /> <br />. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that unless said dog (cat) is claimed <br />
