<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~''J -t: <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 167 OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE DEALING WITH VARIOUS <br />OFFENSES BY AMENDING THE TITLE TO SECTION 167.100, AMENDING <br />SECTION 167.120 TO EXPAND THE LIST OF ACTIVITIES THAT <br />CONSTITUTE TRESPASSING, AMENDING SECTION 167.200 TO EXPAND <br />THE LIST OF ACTIVITIES THAT CONSTITUTE DISORDERLY CONDUCT <br />AND ADDING A NEW SECTION 167.270 TO PROHIBIT DISOBEYING <br />THE ORDER OF A POLICE OFFICER. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Rosevil1e is <br /> <br />hereby amended by changing the title of Section 167.100 <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />167.100 Indecent or Immoral Conduct. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending Section 167.120 to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />167.120 Trespassinq. <br /> <br />1. No person shall trespass upon the private <br />premises of any other person or persons within the <br />Village. <br /> <br />2. On any premises privately owned but open <br />to the use of the general public for their <br />patronage during specified business hours, no <br />person shall, before or after said hours, remain <br />on, or return to, said premises after having been <br />requested to leave by the owner of said premises <br />
