On any premises privately owned but <br />open to the use of the general public for their <br />patronage, no person shall, during business <br />hours, remain on said premises after having <br />been requested to leave by the owner of said <br />premises or his authorized representative. <br /> <br />4. On any public or private premises in the <br />Village where entrance to, or exit from, the <br />premises is regulated or controlled by coin or <br />token operated gates, turnstiles or other <br />mechanical devices, no person shall enter on <br />or exit from said premises without making the <br />required coin or token deposit. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending Section 167.200 to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />167.200 Disorderly Conduct. No person shall <br />conduct himself in a disorderly manner by disturbing, <br />tending to disturb or aiding in disturbing the comfort, <br />repose, health, peace or safety of any person or persons <br />within the Village of Roseville by violent, tumultuous, <br />offensive, or obstreperous conduct and no person shall <br />knowingly permit such conduct upon premises owned or <br />possessed by him or under his control. The following <br />conduct shall be deemed disorderly: <br /> <br />1. Any person who congregates with two <br />or more persons together or near each other <br />in any public street, or on any footwalk or <br />sidewalk in said Village so as to obstruct <br />free passage thereon and who so standing <br />refuses to move immediately after requested <br />to do so by any police officer. <br />
