<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 561 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING <br />MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and <br />16.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE (R-l) TO THREE TO TWENTY- <br />FOUR FAMILY RESIDENCE (R-3A). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the zoning code of the Village of Roseville, the <br /> <br />property owners filed an application with the Village Manager <br /> <br />in the form of a written request to rezone from single family <br /> <br />residence (R-l) to three to twenty-four family residence (R-3A) <br /> <br />certain real property hereinafter described, lying and being in <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council by motion referred same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 18th day of December, 1967, <br /> <br />which public hearing was held in the Village Hall at its regular <br /> <br />Council meeting; <br />
