<br />NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010,16.020,16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning <br /> <br />Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />The S. 387 feet of the SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 and <br />the West 165 feet of that part of Government Lot 4, lying <br />South of a line which is 130 feet South of the South line <br />of County Road C, as presently laid out, and Lot 6, <br />Reiling Park No.2, and those portions of Lakeview <br />Avenue, Oxford Street and Ashbach Road, lying within <br />the above described premises, all being in Sec. 2, <br />T. 29, R 23, Ram sey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, rezoned from "R-l" to "R-3A", and that the <br /> <br />Zoning Maps be amended so that said property is classified and <br /> <br />zoned as IR-3A". <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Thi s Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br /> <br />d PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, this <br />l)f day of December, 1967. <br /> <br />?:';t(" 1 vf <br />!~ i' <br />: ~:! . ..o--c~ 1~ /1 -C <br />Emil F.
