<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 562- <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br />SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, and 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICA- <br />TION OF CERTAIN REAL PROFE RTY FROM TWO FAMILY DWELLING <br />(R-2) TO MULTIPLE DWELLING (R-3). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and <br /> <br />16.040 of the zoning code of the Village of Ro seville, the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the Village Manager in the form <br /> <br />of a written request to rezone from two family dwelling (R-2) to <br /> <br />multiple dwelling (R-3) certain real property hereinafter described, <br /> <br />lying and being in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minne sota, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 18th day of December, 1967, <br /> <br />which public hearing was held in the Village Hall at its regular <br /> <br />Council meeting; <br />
