<br />NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010, 16.020, and 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning <br /> <br />map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />All those parts of Lots 1 thru 18, inclusive, Block 2, and <br />Lots 1 thru 12, inclusive, Block 3, and vacated Terrace <br />Drive, lying between said Blocks 2 and 3, all in Schmidt's <br />Hamline Heights No.2, lying west of a line described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the west line of Lot l2, Block 3, <br />35 feet south of the north line thereof, thence in an easterly <br />direction parallel to the north lines of Lots 1 and 12, Block <br />3 to a point 70 feet west from the east line of said Lot 1; <br />thence in a southerly direction and parallel to the east <br />line s of said Block 2 and 3,564 feet to a point; thence <br />easterly at right angles a distance of 20 feet to a point <br />thence southerly at right angles a distance of l19. 93 feet <br />to a point; thence westerly at right angles a distance of <br />20 feet to a point; thence southerly parallel to the ea st <br />line of said Blocks 2 and 3 to a point 35 feet north of the <br />south line of Lot 9, Block 2. thence westerly parallel to <br />the south line of Lots 9 and 10, Block 2, to a point on the <br />west line of said -Lot 10, 35 feet north from the southwest <br />corner thereof, <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, rezoned from "R-2" to IR-3", and that the Zoning <br /> <br />Maps be amended so that said property is classified and zoned as <br /> <br />"R-3". <br />
