<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. if 1(/ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF SNOWMOBILES <br />WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING CHAPTER 90 TO THE <br />VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by adding Chapter 90. Chapter 90 shall read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />90. SNOWMOBILES <br /> <br />90.010 Definitions <br /> <br />1. "Snowmobile II means a self-propelled <br />vehicle designed for travel on snow, ice <br />or natural terrain. <br /> <br />2. "Operate" means to ride in or on and <br />control the operation, speed or direction <br />of travel of a snowmobile. <br /> <br />3. "0perator" means every person who operates <br />or is in actual physical control of a snow- <br />mobile so as to control its speed or direction <br />of travel. <br /> <br />90.020 Hours of Operation <br /> <br />No person shall operate any snowmobile <br />within the Village of Roseville after <br />10:00 p.m. or before 8:00 a.m. on any <br />day, except in case of emergency when <br />and where snow upon the roadway renders <br />travel by automobile impractical. <br />
