<br />90.030 Place of Operation <br />No person shall operate a snowmobile in any <br />of the following places and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Upon private property without permission <br />of the owner or person entitled to possession <br />and control of said property. <br /> <br />2. Upon any property owned by the Village <br />of Roseville and upon any "park" property, <br />as that term is defined in the Village Code, <br />~89.010, unless said property has been clearly <br />marked with signs erected by authority of <br />the Park Director permitting snowmobile <br />operation, and such operation shall then be <br />limited to the area so designated. <br /> <br />3. Upon any street or alley except that portion <br />ordinarily used for vehicular traffic. <br /> <br />4. Upon any public sidewalk or walkway. <br /> <br />5. Upon any school grounds without express <br />permission of the school administrator. <br /> <br />90.031 Freeways and Hiqhways <br /> <br />The regulatory provisions of Laws of Minnesota <br />1967, Chapter 876, Section 9, Subdivision 1 <br />(a) and (b) (1), (2), (3) and (4) are hereby <br />adopted as an ordinance regulating the use of <br />freeways, interstate highways, trunk highways <br />and county state-aid highways within the Village <br />of Roseville, and are hereby incorporated in <br />and made a part of this ordinance as completely <br />as if set out herein in full. <br /> <br />90.040 Equipment Required <br /> <br />No person shall operate any snowmobile unless <br />it is equipped with the following: <br /> <br />1. A standard engine muffler and exhaust <br />system in good operating condition to <br />prevent excessive or unusual noise, and no <br />person shall use a muffler cut-out, by-pass <br />or similar device to defeat such muffling. <br />
