A "safety" or 'tie ad-man " throttle device <br />by which the fuel supply to the engine <br />ceases whenever the operator releases <br />pressure upon the throttle or accelerator, <br />or, in the alternative, a safety device by <br />which the engine is disengaged from the <br />driving track when pressure is removed from <br />the throttle or accelerator. <br /> <br />3. At least one headlight, one red tail <br />light, one red brake or stop light which <br />may be incorporated with the tail light, and <br />brakes, all of which are permanently fixed <br />to the snowmobile and which conform to the <br />standards prescribed by rule or regulation <br />of the Commission of Highways, pursuant to <br />the authority vested in him by Laws of <br />Minnesota 1967, Chapter 876, which rules <br />and regulations are hereby incorporated in <br />and made a part of this ordinance as <br />completely as if set out herein in full. <br /> <br />90.050 Reqistration <br /> <br />No person shall operate a snowmobile unless <br />the snowmobile is registered as provided in Laws of <br />Minnesota, 1967, Chapter 876, Sec. 4, except when said <br />snowmobile is operated on the private property of the <br />owner of said snowmobile. <br /> <br />90.051 Drivers License <br /> <br />No person shall operate a snowmobile upon <br />the right of way of any street, alley, roadway, highway <br />or freeway unlessffiid operator has a valid motor vehicle <br />driver1s license as prescribed by Minn. Stat. 1965, <br />Chapter 171 or unless there is a passenger on the snowmobile <br />as a rider who has a valid motor vehicle driver1s license <br />and the operator has a valid motor vehicle instruction <br />permit, both of which as prescribed by Minn. Stat. 1965, <br />Chapter 171. <br /> <br />90.060 Manner of Operation <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to operate <br />a snowmobile within the Village of Rosevi11e: <br />
