<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ;)-9',-1..., <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 70, REPEALING CHAPTER 71 OF <br />THE VILLAGE CODE. AND ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 71 TO THE VILLAGE CODE,. <br />BY ADOPTING REVISED SANITARY SEWER RATES AND CHARGES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by repealing Sections 70.090, 70.100, 70.110, 70.115, <br /> <br />70.120, 70.130, 70.140, 70.150 and the same are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is further <br /> <br />amended by repealing Chapter 71 of the Village Code and the same <br /> <br />is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is further <br /> <br />amended by adding a new Chapter 71 of the Village Code to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />71. Sewer Rates and Charqes <br /> <br />71.010. Charqes for Use of Sewers. A charge is hereby <br />imposed upon every person whose premises are served, either <br />directly or indirectly, by the sanitary sewer system within <br />the Village, for the use of the facilities of said sewer <br />system and for connection therewith. <br />
