<br />(6) If the Public Works Director determines that <br />a portion of the water measured by the water meter does <br />not and cannot enter the sanitary sewer system, then, <br />the Village may permit or require the installation of <br />other additional meters in such a manner that the quantity <br />of water which actually could enter the sewer system may <br />be determined. <br /> <br />(7) The owner or occupant in charge of any premises <br />shall supply the Village with such information as the <br />Village may reasonably require related to the use of a <br />private water system. <br /> <br />71.040. Supplemental Charqes for Industrial Sewaqe <br />Wastes. In respect to property which shall be connected <br />to the Village sewer for the disposal of industrial sewage <br />wastes, which shall by virtue of its strength and volume <br />be subject to supplementary charges by the City of St. Paul, <br />the Village may impose a supplemental charge based generally <br />upon and at least equal to the amount of the aforesaid St. <br />Paul supplemental charge. <br /> <br />71.050. Payment of Charqes. Statements for sewer charges <br />shall be computed every three months and mailed by the Finance <br />Officer to each user on or before the fifth day of the follow- <br />ing month. Such statements shall be due and payable on or <br />before the last day of the month in which the statement is <br />mailed. Any prepayment or overpayment of charges may be <br />retained by the Village and applied on subsequent quarterly <br />statements. <br /> <br />71.060. Penalty for Late Payment. Each quarterly billing <br />for sewer charges not paid when due shall incur a penalty <br />charge of 10% of the amount past due. <br /> <br />71.070. Action to Collect Charqes. Any amounts due for <br />sewer charges hereunder, including City of St. Paul sewer <br />charges, may be collected in an action brought for that pur- <br />pose in the name of the Village, or the Manager may certify <br />to the County Auditor the amounts due together with a legal <br />description of the premises served, and the County Auditor <br />shall thereupon enter such amount as part of the tax levy <br />on said premises to be collected during the ensuing year. <br />
