<br />123.050. Reqistration. The licensee shall require that <br />every person to whom a room is let or assigned have his <br />name registered therein, setting forth the date and hour at <br />which the room was let or assigned, the room number and the <br />number of occupants. <br /> <br />VIII. <br /> <br />Chapter 124 of the Village Code is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />124. Launderers <br /> <br />124.010. License. No person shall engage in the <br />business of operating a laundry, dry cleaning or rug <br />cleaning establishment or pick-up station without first <br />having obtained a license therefor. <br /> <br />124.020. Definition. <br /> <br />(1) The word "laundry" as used herein means the <br />premises upon which clothing or other articles are <br />accepted from the public for washing or cleaning pur- <br />poses for a charge, the work being done upon the licensed <br />premises. The word "dry cleaning" means an establishment <br />where the cleaning of clothing or other materials is <br />accomplished with liquid other than water, and where such <br />wor~ is accepted from the public to be performed for a <br />charge. The term"pick-up station" means business estab- <br />lishments which accept from the public, clothes or other <br />materials to be laundered or dry-cleaned and for which a <br />charge is made, the work being done by a laundry or dry- <br />cleaning establishment and not on the premises of the <br />"pick-up station". <br /> <br />(2) The word "laundry" includes "self-service" <br />laundries, where a fee is charged to a party for the <br />use of the facilities located in said establishment for <br />the washing of clothing or any other articles. <br /> <br />IX. <br /> <br />Chapter 126 of the Village Code is hereby amended <br />
