<br />120.040. Health Authority to Enforce. The Health <br />Authority shall enforce the provisions of this Chapter. <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />Chapter 122 of the Village Code is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />122. Bowlinq Alleys and Pool Halls <br /> <br />122.010. License. No person shall operate or conduct for <br />public use any bowling alley, billiard or pool hall without <br />obtaining a license therefor. <br /> <br />122.020. The applicant for such license, besides stating <br />the information required in Chapter 100 of this Code, shall <br />state the number of bowling alleys, or the number of pool <br />or billiard tables he proposes to maintain. <br /> <br />VII. <br /> <br />Chapter 123 of the Village Code is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />123. Hotels and Motels <br /> <br />123.010. License. No person shall keep or operate a <br />hotel or motel without first having a license therefor. <br /> <br />123.020. Definition. Hotel or motel means every <br />building or structure kept, maintained or advertised to <br />the public as a place where sleeping or rooming accommo- <br />dations are furnished to the general public for a shorter <br />period of time than one week. <br /> <br />123.030. Application. The applicant for a license shall <br />state, in addition to the information required in Chapter <br />100 of this Code, the number of separate rooming accommo- <br />dations maintained on the premises. <br /> <br />123.040. Inspection. The Health Authority shall periodi- <br />cally inspect the place of business of the licensee to <br />ascertain that the same is conducted in a clean and sanitary <br />manner. <br />
