<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AMENDED, <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING <br />THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, <br />16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-l) TO THREE <br />TO TWENTY-FOUR FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-3A). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the zoning code of the Village of Roseville, the <br /> <br />property owner filed an application with the Village Manager <br /> <br />in the form of awritten request to rezone from single family <br /> <br />residence district (R-l) to three to twenty-four family resi- <br /> <br />dence district (R-3A), certain property hereinafter described <br /> <br />lying and being in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council by motion referred same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the <br /> <br />Village Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing on said matter on the 23rd day of <br /> <br />June, 1969, which public hearing was held in the Village Hall <br /> <br />at its regular Council meeting: <br />
