<br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE <br />ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code <br /> <br />and the Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />The Southwest Quarter (SW\) of the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE\) of the Southwest Quarter (SW\) <br />of Section 13, Township 29, Range 23, except <br />the East 250 feet thereof, according to the <br />Government Survey thereof, subject to Larpen- <br />teur Avenue, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, rezoned from R-l to R-3A and that the <br /> <br />Zoning Maps be amended so that said property is classified <br /> <br />and zoned as R-3A. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota, this ~ day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />, 1969 . <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />Ii <br /> <br />{J <br />.r -1 <br />~,~~y//i/.. 1>./"----' <br /> <br /> <br />12 1~1L C~e ;r:r?JI--t::e_ <br /> <br />Mayor <br />
