<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />o RDINAN CE NO..tlL <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br />SECTIONS l6. OlO, l6. 020, l6. 030 and l6. 040, BY RECLASSIFICATION <br />OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />(R-1) TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (1-1) . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16. OlO, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owner filed an application with the Village Manager in the form of a <br /> <br />written request to rezone from single family residence district (R-l) <br /> <br />to light industrial district (I-1), certain real property hereinafter described <br /> <br />lying and being in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing on said matter on the 7 day of January J 1970 <br /> <br />which public hearing was held in the Village Hall at its regular Council <br /> <br />meeting: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE <br />ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br />
