<br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map <br /> <br />thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />The East 297 Feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) <br />of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Eight <br />(8), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three <br />(23), except the North 580 feet thereof, and subject <br />to Long Lake Road and S.T.H.
