<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0 Lltl <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 44 OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTIONS 44.070, <br />44.080, 44.090 AND 44.150; BY AMENDING SECTIONS 44.010, <br />44.020, 44.030, 44.040, 44.050, 44.060, 44.100, 44.110, <br />44.120, 44.130; AND BY RE-NUMBERING THESE AND OTHER SEC- <br />TIONS THEREIN. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Chapter 44 of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended by adding Sections 44.070, 44.080, <br /> <br />44.090 and 44.150; by amending Sections 44.010, 44.020, 44.030, <br /> <br />44.040, 44.050, 44.060, 44.100, 44.110, 44.120, 44.130; and by <br /> <br />re-numbering these and other Sections therein, to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />44.010. Adoption of Fire Prevention Code. There is <br />hereby adopted by the Village of Roseville for the purpose <br />of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous <br />to life and property from fire or explosion, that certain <br />code known as the Fire Prevention Code recommended by the <br />American Insurance Association, being particularly the 1970 <br />edition thereof and the whole thereof, save and except such <br />portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended (by <br />Sections 44.030, 44.040, 44.050, 44.060 and 44.070) of which <br />code not less than three (3) copies have been and are now <br />filed in the office of the Village Manager and the same are <br />hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at <br />length herein, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling <br />within the limits as set forth in Section 35.240 of the <br />Village Code. The word "Code" in this Chapter means the <br />Fire Prevention Code. <br />
