<br />44.020. Establishment and Duties of the Office of <br />Fire Marshal. <br /> <br />(a) The Fire Prevention Code shall be enforced <br />by the Office of the Fire Marshal in the <br />Fire Department in the Village of Roseville. <br />(b) The Fire Marshal shall be appointed by the <br />Village Manager. <br />(c) The Chief of the Fire Department may detail <br />members of the Fire Department as assistant <br />Fire Marshals. <br />(d) A report of the Office of the Fire Marshal <br />shall be made annually and shall be trans- <br />mitted to the Village Manager; it shall <br />contain all proceedings under this Code, <br />with such statistics as the Village Manager <br />may require. <br /> <br />44.030. Definitions. <br /> <br />(a) Wherever the word "municipality" is used <br />in the Fire Prevention Code, it shall be <br />held to mean the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota. <br />(b) Wherever the term "corporation counsel" <br />is used in the Fire Prevention Code, it <br />shall be held to mean the Village Attorney. <br />(c) Wherever the term "Office of Fire Marshal" <br />is used in this Ordinance, it shall be <br />held to mean the Bureau of Fire Prevention <br />as used in the "Fire Prevention Code", 1970 <br />edition. <br /> <br />44.040. Establishment of Limits of Districts in Which <br />Storage of Explosives and Blasting Agents is to be Prohibi- <br />ted. The limits referred to in Section 12.5 of the Fire <br />Prevention Code, in which storage of explosives and blasting <br />agents is prohibited, are hereby established as follows: <br />All areas other than those zoned "I-I" and "1-2" and then <br />only when stored in accordance with NFPA No. 495. <br /> <br />44.050. Establishment of Limits of Districts in Which <br />Storage of Flammable Liquids in Outside Above Ground Tanks <br /> <br />-2- <br />
