<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. &L/~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING CERTAIN ARCHITECTURAL <br />AND ENGINEERING PLANS AND A CERTIFICATION OF SAME FOR <br />COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION, AND AMENDING CHAPTER 42 AND <br />SECTION 35. 2lD OF THE VILLAGE CODE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville doe s hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Chapter 42 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by amending Section 42. OlD and Section 42.020 to <br /> <br />read as follows, and by adding thereto Section 42.030 to read as follows: <br /> <br />42. OlD. Type s of Building s . Certified architectural cmd <br />engineering plans are required for construction of the following <br />buildings: <br /> <br />(1) Any building to be constructed in a Re sidential <br />(" R") district, which will contain dwelling units for three <br />or more families. <br /> <br />(2) Any building to be constructed in a Business ("B"), <br />Industrial ("1") or Shopping Center ("SC") District, the total <br />cost of which exceeds $30,000.00, in accordance with Minn. <br />Stat. ~326. 03 Subdivision 2 (f) (1967). <br /> <br />42.020. Certified Plans. The following plans shall be <br />submitted for all buildings under Section 42.010 and said <br />buildings shall be undertaken only in conformance with said <br />plans: <br /> <br />(1) Complete details of the proposed site development, <br />including location of buildings, driveways, sidewalks, parking <br />spaces and their dimensions, dimensions of the lot, lot area and <br />yard dimensions. <br />
