<br />(2) Complete landscaping plans, including species <br />and size of trees and shrubs proposed. <br /> <br />(3) Complete plans for storm water drainage systems <br />sufficient to drain and dispose of all surface water accumulation <br />within the area, including such elevations as required by the <br />Public Works Director, and shall indicate means of conveyance <br />and final disposal of storm waters. <br /> <br />(4) Complete structural, electrical and mechanical plans <br />for the proposed building. <br /> <br />(5) Complete plans and specifications for exterior wall <br />finishes proposed for all principal and accessory buildings. <br /> <br />42.030. Certification Required. The plans submitted under <br />Section 42.020 shall be certified as follows: <br /> <br />(l) All mechanical systems shall be deSigned and certified <br />by a Registered Professional Engineer. <br /> <br />(2) All electrical systems shall be designed and certified <br />by a Registered Professional Engineer. <br /> <br />(3) All structural systems for buildings, except in any II R" <br />District having two or less floors, shall be designed and certified <br />by a Registered Profes sional Engineer. <br /> <br />(4) All building and site plans shall be designed and certified <br />by a Registered Architect. The site plans may be prepared by a <br />professional site planner, but a Registered Architect must certify <br />that he has personally reviewed the site and designed the proposed <br />buildings in accordance with the site plan, the terrain and the <br />neighboring conditions. <br /> <br />(5) All drainage and grading plans shall be designed and <br />certified by a Registered Profes sional Engineer. <br /> <br />(6) Any plat, map or drawing of any surveyor subdivision <br />of land s required by law to be filed and recorded, shall be <br />certified by a Registered Land Surveyor. <br /> <br />Page Two <br />
