<br />October 1 of any year shall be certified to the County <br />Auditor for collection with real estate taxes in the <br />following year. This certification shall take place <br />regardless of who applied for sewer services, whether <br />it was the owner, tenant or other person. All applications <br />for sewer service shall contain an explanation in clear <br />language that unpaid sewer bills may be collected in <br />real estate taxes in the following year. The Village <br />shall also have the right to bring a civil action or <br />other remedies to collect unpaid charges. <br /> <br />III . <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />M inne sota, this 13 day of <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />, 19 7 2 . <br /> <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />/l . . a <br />!c(.zt~7 <br /> <br />Mayor ( <br />
