<br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />further amended by adding Section 31.075 to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />31.075 Licensing Requirements for Electrical <br />Wiring. <br /> <br />(1) No person shall wire for or install any electrical <br />apparatus or equipment for light, heat, power or <br />other purpose unless he is licensed by the Minnesota <br />State Board of Electricity as a Class A Master <br />Electrician or as a Class A Journeyman Electrician, <br />or, unless he is under the direct on-the-job super- <br />vision of one so licensed, except the owner of a <br />single family dwelling residing or planning to reside <br />in such dwelling, may install the wiring in such <br />dwelling without a license. <br /> <br />(2) No person shall order, direct or instruct a person <br />who is not properly licensed by the Minnesota State <br />Board of Electricity, to perform electrical work that <br />requires a license, unless such person so ordering, <br />~irecting or instructing is properly licensed by the <br />Minnesota State Board of Electricity to perform the <br />work himself. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is further <br /> <br />amended by amending Section 32.090 to read as follows: <br /> <br />320090 Electrical. <br /> <br />(1) Those portions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />326 (Minnesota Electrical Act), hereinafter <br />enumerated, are hereby adopted by reference <br />together with all amendments thereto: Sections <br />326.01 and 326.241 through 326.246. <br /> <br />(2) The National Electrical Code (1971 Edition) is <br />hereby adopted as the safety standard for <br />electrical installations. <br /> <br />Page Two <br />
