<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 8.260, 8.270, 8.280 and <br />8.290 OF THE VILLAGE CODE BY REMOVING MULTIPLE DWELLINGS <br />AS A SPECIAL USE IN LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICTS; REMOVING MULTIPLE <br />DWELLINGS AS A PERMITTED USE IN LIMITED RETAIL DISTRICTS; AND, <br />PROVIDING FOR A SPECIAL SET-BACK IN LIMITED RETAIL DISTRICTS FROM <br />STATE OR INTERSTATE HIGHWAYS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 8.260 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />8.260. Use s by Special Permit in Limited Busine s s Districts. <br />Uses by special permit in "B-l" Districts are: <br /> <br />(l) Motels and Motor hotels if adjacent to a Federal <br />or State Highway. <br />(2) Mortuarie s. <br />(3) Research, design and development establishments. <br />(4) Churches, public and private colleges and schools <br />as a special use. <br />(5) Furniture Stores of More than 40,000 Square Feet. <br />(6) Antiques, Handicrafts and Gifts <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 8.270 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by deleting Paragraph (8) thereof. <br /> <br />III . <br /> <br />Section 8.280 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />
