Uses by Special Permit in Limited Retail Districts. <br />Uses by special permits in "B-1B" Districts are: <br /> <br />(1) Retail sales and service structures less than lO, 000 square <br />feet in area, except drive-ins. <br />(2) Health clubs. <br />(3) Cultural institutions. <br />(4) Commercial auto washing. <br />(5) Tires, batteries and automotive accessory stores. <br />(6) The following subdivisions of permitted uses in general <br />business districts under Section 8.330 <br />(3) Commercial gymnasiums, swimming pools and skating rinks. <br />(5) Blueprinting and photocopying establishments. <br />(6) Catering establishments. <br />(7) Clothing and costume rental shops. <br />(15) Orthopedic and medical appliance stores but not including the <br />assembly or manufacture of such articles. <br />(19) Pet shops. <br />(22) Recording I broadcasting or television studios. <br />(23) Restaurants including live entertainment and dancing. <br />(25) Television and radio repair. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Section 8.290 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by adding Paragraph (9) thereto to read as follows: <br /> <br />(9) Set-backs from any state or interstate highway <br />shall be 400 feet. <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br /> <br />pas sage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSiD by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, this <br /> <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />,1972. <br /> <br />./; / <br />./ ,/ <br />/// <br /> <br />Ma yor <br />
