<br />III . <br /> <br />Section 7.260 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by amending Paragraphs (4) and (5) and adding Paragraph <br /> <br />(6) to read as follows: <br /> <br />(4) Churches, convents, libraries, Village buildings <br />and similar public uses provided that no structure or building <br />shall be nearer than 30 feet to any adjacent lot in an "R" <br />District. <br /> <br />(5) Public, private and parochial, elementary and <br />secondary schools, universities and colleges, provided that: <br /> <br />(a) The use by educational institutions does <br />not include dormitorie s or rooming space <br />for students; and <br /> <br />(b) No structure or building shall be nearer <br />than 30 feet to any adjacent lot in an "R" <br />District. <br /> <br />(6) Transitional uses. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Section 7.280, Paragraph (4), of the Village Code of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(4) Day care centers, nursery schools, dormitories <br />for educational institutions provided the principal structure <br />shall not be located less than 50 feet from any adjacent lot <br />in an "R" District. <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br />
