The mailed <br />notice shall state substantially as follows: <br /> <br />"Dutch Elm Disease has been found on your <br />premises at (address). <br /> <br />"These premises are legally described as <br /> <br />"All trees so contaminated must be removed by <br /> <br />210.030. Summary Removal of Diseased Trees. In the event <br />the trees containing Dutch Elm Disease are not removed by the <br />property owner by the scheduled date on said notice as provided <br />in Section 210.020, in that event the Village Manager or his desig- <br />nated employee shall cause said trees to be summarily removed <br />and take any other action necessary to prevent the spread of said <br />disease. All costs of the employees I and manager's time inspecting <br />the premises, posting the notice, and removing said trees, including <br />any legal expense, shall be itemized and mailed to the owner at <br />the address shown on the records of the County Auditor.
