<br />(2) Notice of the primary election shall <br />be given in the same manner as provided <br />for notice of the regular municipal <br />election; <br /> <br />(3) The hours for voting, the judges and <br />clerks, and the other regulations for <br />the primary election shall be the same <br />as for regular municipal elections so <br />far as possible; <br /> <br />(4) The village Council shall meet and <br />canvass the primary election returns <br />immediately after the ballots have been <br />counted and the returns completed and <br />certified by the election judges and <br />clerks of the election, and the Council <br />shall make a full declaration of the <br />results as soon as possible. The Council <br />shall declare that the two candidates <br />receiving the largest number of votes <br />in the primary election for each of the <br />respective offices to be voted upon in <br />the regular election are nominated, but <br />this declaration shall not relate to the <br />offices which are not a part of the primary <br />election. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br /> <br />full force from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED By a Four-Fifth vote of the Village <br /> <br />council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, this <br /> <br />f?:,' o? day of <br /> <br />c::Zc.'-Cp.;.L--:!
