<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 727 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020 and 16.030 BY <br />PROVIDING FOR NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 350 FEET OF <br />PROPERTY TO BE REZONED. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />Section 16.010 of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />16.010 Rezonin~~pplication. <br /> <br />The Council may amend this Zoning Code <br />and the official Zoning Map upon a 2/3 <br />vote of the Council. Any person owning <br />real estate in the city may file an <br />application with the Manager in the <br />form of a written request or petition <br />to rezone his said real estate or such <br />real estate abutting thereto. The <br />application shall be accompanied by an <br />abstractor's certified property certificate <br />showing the property owners within <br />350 feet of the outer boundaries of <br />the land proposed to be rezoned. The <br />Manager shall refer such written appli- <br />cation together with abstractor's <br />certified property certificate to the <br />Council. If the application is in the <br />form of a petition and contains the <br />signatures of 50% of the property owners <br />abutting the land affected, the Council <br />
