<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 733 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 66.210 (2), 66.400 (1) <br />AND (3), AND 66.420 (2) AND (3) AND ADDING 66.400 (7), CHANGING <br />THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH WATER CONNECTIONS AND WATER METERS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br />Section 66.210 (2) of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />66.210. Service Charges. <br /> <br />(2) Additional charges shall be paid at <br />the time of making application for tapping <br />and making connections with the water mains <br />where a curb box and service lead is not in- <br />stalled, which charges shall be as follows: <br /> <br />(a) In case the installation is to be <br />in an unsurfaced street: <br /> <br />3/4 inch service connection <br />1 inch service connection <br /> <br />$ 150.00 <br />$175.00 <br /> <br />This charge shall include the <br />main, the installation of the <br />installation of the curb stop <br /> <br />tapping of the water <br />service line, and the <br />and box. <br /> <br />(b) In case the installation is to be upon <br />a surfaced street, the following shall apply: <br /> <br />There shall be a fee of $100.00 for <br />restoration of a typical road-mix bitu- <br />minous street, in addition to the charge <br />
