<br />if the meter erred in favor of the city. Such ad- <br />justment shall not extend back more than one billing <br />period from the date of the written request. The <br />deposit charges for meter resting shall be an <br />amount equal to the City's cost plus $10.00. <br /> <br />(7) A rental fee equal to six percent of the <br />amount of the security deposit, per annum, will <br />be charged the customer for the use of city water <br />meters. That rental fee may be set off or credited <br />against any interest due the customer on the <br />security deposit. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Sections 66.420(2) and (3) of the City Code of the <br /> <br />city of Roseville are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />66.420.
