CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 746 * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 93.080 (3) AND 93.190 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE GIVING COUNCIL THE DISCRETION TO REFER APPLICATIONS FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION. The City Council of the city of Roseville does hereby ordain: I. Section 93.080 (3) "Conditional Use" means a use of shorelands which is permitted within a zoning district only when allowed by the City Council, if certain conditions are met which eliminate or minimize the incom- patibility with other permitted uses of the district, and shall be authorized by a "Conditional Use Permit". II. Section 93.190 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: 93.190. Conditions Attached to Conditional Use Permits. Upon consideration of the factors listed above, the City Council may attach such conditions, in addition to those required elsewhere in this Chapter, that it deems necessary in furthering the purposes of this Chapter. Violation of any of those conditions shall be deemed a violation of this Chapter. Such conditions may include specificiations for, without limitation because of specific enumeration: type of shore cover; increased setbacks and yards; specified sewage disposal and water supply facilities; land- scaping and planting screens, based on known conditions on the site; period of operation; operational control; sureties; deed restrictions; location of piers, docks, parking and signs; type of construction or any other requirements necessary to fulfill the purpose and intent of this Chapter.
