<br />required for a permit, the following information: <br /> <br />(a) A plan of the area showing contours, soil <br />types, high water mark, groundwater conditions, bedrock, <br />slope and vegetative cover. <br /> <br />(b) Location of buildings, parking areas, traffic <br />access, driveways, walkways, piers, open spaces and <br />landscaping. <br /> <br />(c) Plans of buildings, sewage disposal facilities, <br />water supply systems, and arrangements of operations. <br /> <br />(d) Specifications for areas of proposed filling, <br />grading, lagooning or dredging. <br /> <br />(e) Other pertinent information necessary to <br />determine if the proposed use meets the requirements of <br />this Chapter. <br /> <br />The City Council in evaluating each application <br />may request the County Soil and Water Conservation District <br />to make available expert assistance from those state and <br />federal agencies which are assisting said district under a <br />memorandum of understanding and any other state or federal <br />agency which can provide technical assistance. <br /> <br />In its discretion, the City Council may refer an <br />application for a conditional use permit to the Planning <br />commission for a hearing on the proposed conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED By the City Council of the City of RoseviUe, <br /> <br />this 30th day of <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />, 1974. <br /> <br />~TTBST : /'\1 <br />"} " <br />/ / ~ <br />'_.' ,,!'
