<br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 756 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING MOBILE HOME DISTRICTS <br />(R-8) AND MOBILE HOME PARK LICENSING REQUIREMENTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding Chapter 17 to read as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 17.100 Permitted Uses In Mobile Home Districts. <br />The permitted use in a mobile home district (R-8) is <br />the operation of mobile home parks. No new mobile home <br />park may be established, no existing mobile home park <br />may be expanded or modified unless the land upon which <br />such new or existing park is located is zoned Mobile <br />Home District (R-8). <br /> <br />17.200. Minimum Requirements For Mobile Home Parks. <br />The following minimum requirements apply to all mobile <br />home parks and mobile homes in Mobile Home Districts. <br /> <br />17.210. Mobile Home Lots. Each mobile home lot shall <br />have: <br /> <br />1) At least 5,000 square feet of land area <br />for the exclusive use of the residents of the mobile <br />home located on the lot with a minimum width of 50 feet <br />and a minimum depth of 100 feet; <br /> <br />2) Frontage on approved roadway and the corner <br />of each lot shall be marked and each lot shall be numbered. <br /> <br />17.220. Setbacks. All mobile homes shall comply with <br />the following setback requirements: <br /> <br />1) No mobile home shall be parked closer than <br />10 feet to the side lot lines nor closer than 20 feet <br />to the front lot line nor closer than 15 feet to the <br />rear lot line. <br />
