<br />2) There shall be an open space of at least 20 <br />feet between the sides of adjacent mobile homes. <br /> <br />3) No mobile home, off-street parking space, or <br />other building in a mobile home park shall be located <br />within 25 feet of the exterior boundary of any mobile <br />home court and no mobile home shall be located within <br />50 feet of a public street. <br /> <br />4) No mobile home, street or parking area in a <br />mobile home park shall be located within 75 feet of a <br />permanent ponding area as defined by the Director of <br />Public Works. <br /> <br />17.230. Parking. The following are minimum parking <br />requirements for mobile home parks: <br /> <br />1) Each mobile home lot shall have off-street <br />parking space for two automobiles. <br /> <br />2) Each mobile home park shall maintain a hard <br />surfaced off-street parking lot for guests of occupants <br />of a size equivalent to one space for each five mobile <br />home lots. <br /> <br />3) Access drives off roads to all parking spaces <br />and mobile home lots shall be heard surfaced in bituminous <br />or concrete design to accommodate a five ton load limit. <br /> <br />4) Automobiles shall not be~rked nearer than five <br />feet from any side lot line unless combined with a contiguous <br />parking area. <br /> <br />17.240. Utilities. The following minimum requirements <br />with regard to utilities shall be maintained: <br /> <br />1) The source of fuel for cooking, heating or other <br />purposes at each mobile home shall be approved by the <br />City. <br /> <br />2) All utility lines shall be underground; there <br />shall be no overhead wires or supporting poles except <br />those essential for street or other lighting purposes <br />set forth herein. <br /> <br />3) There shall be no obstructions impeding <br />the inspection of plumbing, electrical facilities, <br />utilities or other related equipment. <br />
