<br />2) A residential boutique sale is the sale <br /> <br />of handcrafted items conducted on residential premises <br /> <br />where the items sold are made by the occupant of the <br /> <br />premises at which the sale takes place or by friends <br /> <br /> <br />of such occupant, and where the sale is conducted by <br /> <br />said occupant or friends of such occupant and not by <br /> <br />an agent or any other person to whom a commission, fee, <br /> <br />or salary is paid.
