<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 799 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 71.020 and 71.030 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE CHANGING SEWER RATES <br />AND CHARGES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Sections 71.020 and 71.030 of the City Code of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"71.020. Residential Rates. Charges for sewer <br />service shall be at the following rates for <br />the following residential classifications: <br /> <br />(1) Single Family Residence: $41.80 per year. <br />(2) Single Family Residence in which the owner <br />and head of the household is receiving <br />Retirement Survivors Insurance or Disability <br />Insurance under the Social Security Act. 42 <br />U.S.C. Section 301, as amended: $21.80 per year. <br />The resident to qualify for this rate, must <br />file an affidavit with the City Council stating <br />that the owner and head of such household is <br />receiving Retirement Survivors Insurance or <br />Disability Insurance under the Social Security <br />Act 42 D.S.C. Section 301 as amended. <br />(3) Duplexes or double bungalows containing two- <br />family units: $83.60 per year. <br />(4) Each townhouse unit: $41.80 per year. <br />(5) Each trailer unit: $41.80 per year. <br />(6) Multiple Dwellings (three or more units <br />except townhouses): $24.40 per year. <br />
