Commercial and Industrial Rates. <br /> <br />The sewer rates for commercial, industrial, <br />institutional and other users not covered by <br />Section 71.020 shall be upon a volumetric <br />charge based upon water consumption as <br />follows: A sewer charge of 52 cents for each <br />1,000 gallons, or part thereof, of water con- <br />sumption during the winter quarter water <br />billing, subject to a minimum charge of <br />$10.45 per quarter. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />January 1, 1977 <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota this 27th day of <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />, 1976. <br /> <br />(7 ) rt/ <br />y.
