<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 802 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE BY INCREASING BUILDING PERMIT FEES FOR THE <br />INSTALLATION OF PLUMBING FIXTURES, DEVICES AND CONNECTIONS, <br />GAS BURNERS, GAS BURNERS EQUIPMENT EXCEPT HOT WATER HEATERS <br />AND HEATING UNITS AND HEATING UNITS EQUIPMENT BY AMENDING <br />SECTIONS 32.110(1), 32.170(1) and 32.180(1), (4), (6), (9) <br />AND (14) OF THE CITY CODE AND FURTHER AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING <br />FOR THE BUILDING PERMIT FEE FOR GENERAL SHEET METAL WORK BY <br />ADDING SECTION 32.185. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 32.110(1) of the City Code of the City <br /> <br />of Rosevil1e is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />32.110. Plumbing. <br /> <br />(1) Plumbing Fixtures, Devices and Con- <br />nections. <br />For the installation of plumbing work the <br />permit fee charge shall be made at the rate of <br />$5.00 for each permit, plus $2.50 for each <br />plumbing fixture, device or connection to the <br />sewer or plumbing system. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 32.170(1) of the City Code of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />32.170. Gas Burners. <br /> <br />(1) Gas Burner Equipment Except Hot Water <br />Heaters. <br />For the installation of gas burner equip- <br />ment except hot water heaters, the permit fee <br />charge shall be made at the rate of $10.00 for <br />the first 100,000 BTU per hour input or fraction <br />thereof, plus $1.75 for each additional BTU per <br />hour input or fraction thereof. <br />
