<br />In no case shall the permit fee for gas <br />burner installation exceed $150.00 for each <br />gas burner installed. Where standby or dual <br />fuel burners are provided for one installation <br />and the application for permit for both gas and <br />oil burners are made simultaneously, the maximum <br />combined permit fee for each set of gas and oil <br />burners, shall not exceed $200.00. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 32.180 (1), (4), (6), (9) and (14) of <br /> <br />the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />32.180. Heating. <br /> <br />(1) Oil Burner or Oil Burner Equipment. <br />For the installation of an oil burner or <br />oil burning equipment the permit fee charge <br />shall be at the rate of $10.00 for the first <br />100,000 BTU input capacity or fraction thereof, <br />plus $1.75 for each additional 100,000 BTU per <br />hour input or fraction thereof. <br /> <br />In no case shall the permit fee for an <br />oil burner installation exceed $150.00. Where <br />standby or dual fuel burners are provided for <br />one installation and the applications for both <br />gas and oil burners are made simultaneously, <br />the maximum combined permit fee for each set <br />of gas and oil burners shall not exceed $200.00. <br /> <br />(4) Refrigeration Equipment Installation <br />Over 100,000 BTU. <br />For the installation of regrigeration of <br />equipment over 100,000 BTU per hour input <br />capacity the permit fee charge shall be $20.00 <br />for the first 100,000 BTU per hour input capa- <br />city plus $2.50 for each additional 100,000 <br />BTU per hour input capacity or fraction thereof. <br /> <br />(6) Steam or Hot Water System. <br />For the installation or extension of steam <br />and hot water heating systems and steam process <br />or power system the permit fee charge shall be <br />made at the rate of $20.00 for the first 200,000 <br />BTU per hour input capacity or fraction thereof, <br />plus $2.50 for each additional 100,000 BTU per <br />hour or fraction thereof. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
